This spacious home is located right in the middle of all the action, with all the main spots of interest right outside your door, while being peaceful and quiet inside day and night. The spaces, design, views and amenities make this home your best option.
Every room is ample and spacious. Great views to green areas from different spots inside the property giving it a relaxing ambience. This house has great size, wide spaces, lots of outside sitting space, a beautiful pool and is the perfect spot to enjoy a warm Yucatecan afternoon. A modern separate master bedroom casita with a big walk in shower gives you some added privacy during your stay. Added bonus of a garage, if you rented a car during your stay.
It is our intention that you have a fabulous experience; that Casa Cazador is a place of relaxation and joy for you and that Merida and the Yucatan be a source of adventure and wonder. You will have access to PM23 throughout your stay should you need a helping hand or someone to point you in a particular direction at any time.
House rules
1. Check in takes place after 3pm. Check out takes place before 11am. Times can be adjusted.
2. Electricity is not included. Electric meter to be read upon arrival and before check-out. For a more accurate lecture, when you check in take a photo of the electric meter and send the photo through email.
The money of the electricity must be paid in pesos in cash. The kilowatt is charged at 3.5 pesos.
3. There is a $400 Usd damage and electric deposit to be held by Airbnb and released back to you 48 hours after departure.
4. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
5. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. One can smoke in the pool area.
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. Maximum 6 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 6 people.
