"We highly recommend staying with Carlos' properties. This place was better than we could imagine. In a stunning and quiet area of Santa Ana. We had someone walk us through as soon as we arrived and answered all of our questions. He accommodated an early check in and recommended a little bistro up the street while we waited because of our early flight. The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The design is well thought out and a spectacular spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing Mérida and surrounding areas. It's also perfect for a place to just relax and enjoy the gorgeous backyard and pool. Carlos' recommendation for Bistro Cultural ended up being one of our favourite spots just two blocks north. We highly recommend going there for breakfast or lunch. There is Santa Ana park just east on Calle 47 with lots of restaurants and shops around. Carlos was a super host in making sure we had everything we needed and even checked in via text to make sure on the second day. If you you are humming twice about staying with Carlos, you really shouldn't. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we hope to come back again."

"The whole experience was great. Before booking, I communicate with Carlos and he responded really fast. Then after booking, he still took time to communicate with me to make sure everything was fine. The check in process was flawless and the condition of the home was great, clean and ready for us. Carlos even left drinking water for us and all the essentials we need. During our stay, Carlos kept in touch to make sure we did not need anything. Check out was easy too. I would definitely stay at Carlos´place again. The house is located close to the center of town, just about 5/10 ride and no need to rent a car because you can request UBER at a very decent price. The house is very close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk at the most. The house is brand new with modern appliances and furniture. Each room has its own A/C, efficient and quiet."
