"Carlos was great at meeting us when we arrived. He took the time to show us through the home and point out all of its features and how everything works. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is large and spacious. There has been a great effort in the decor. Everything was in working order in the kitchen, both restrooms and the bedrooms. The pool and garden area were fantastic. Carlos was quick to respond to the only problem we had in one of the bedrooms. I can recommend this home to any guest who wants to enjoy an authentic stay in Merida."
