It is the perfect house to move around the city very easily, it is steps from the market and park of Santiago. Santa Lucia Park and the Plaza Grande a few blocks away.
Casa Ofelia is a renovated property to maintain the colonial characteristics of the old houses, keeping their original wooden beams on their ceilings and masonry walls. Spacious and comfortable rooms with their own bathroom and, above all, plenty of storage space for long stays.
House rules
1. Check in takes place after 3pm. Check out takes place before 11am. Times can be adjusted.
2. $200 USD damage deposit.
3. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
4. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Maximum 6 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 6 people.
