Alta MID is a place designed with multiple living spaces to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation. It is a remodeled house in the central neighborhood, one of the most traditional and oldest neighborhoods in the city of Mérida. What you will love: open, spacious and equipped kitchen, 6-meter double-height dining room, spacious rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning, work area, high-speed internet (150 Mbps), outdoor terrace, pool, and parking private.
Each space in this property was designed to offer a casual experience in which travelers can feel as comfortable as in their own home.
The house has two levels that merge into a six-meter-high dining area, surrounded by windows and plants, providing a sensation of exceptional spaciousness and comfort. It has two bedrooms and a sofa bed with space to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Both rooms are located on the second level and have bathrooms inside the room, air conditioning, and a private balcony. Due to the architectural design, the kitchen and dining room do not have air conditioning, but they are ventilated spaces with powerful ceiling and floor fans to enjoy them to the fullest.
The outdoor spaces are equally pleasant, with a terrace that offers a seating area and a pool to cool off. There is even a space for your yoga practice. The backyard is perfect for stargazing and having a glass of wine.
House rules
1. Check in takes place after 3pm. Check out takes place before 11am. Times can be adjusted.
2. $200 USD damage deposit.
3. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
4. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
5. Pets are not allowed.
6. Maximum 5 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 5 people.
