Casa NinK is a recently renovated colonial house in the Mérida Centro Santiago neighborhood. Walking distance to the main square and all the great parks and museums. Unwind in a perfect haven after a day exploring colonial Merida or returning from one of the many Merida day trips.
You can take a dip in the fantastic pool, kick back and relax on the rooftop and enjoy views of the city and amazing sunsets.
Casa NinK is fully equipped if you wish to prepare your own meals. We offer drinking water. The patio is completely enclosed by high walls for privacy. The washer/dryer is located in the storage room off the terrace. The home has a light and open feel with the addition of numerous skylights for ventilation to help keep things cool, as well as mini splits in the bedroom and living space. This property has street parking available.

1. Check in takes place after 3pm. Check out takes place before 11am. Times can be adjusted.
2. Electricity is not included. Cost of kilowatt is $3.5 MXN
3. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
4. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. One can smoke in the pool area.
5. Pets are not allowed.
