You've come to the right place! This is a quiet property with fast wifi and is perfect for working during the day. Snuggle up in this comfortable, stylish casita on your days off, or enjoy the beautiful well-kept pool. You will love having access to a nearby neighborhood markets. Centro and Paseo de Montejo are an easy 5-7 minutes by Uber or your own car. If you choose to walk to Centro, it will take 25-30 minutes. We recommend Uber, as it is very inexpensive.
The casita is entirely yours to use with a private entrance. You will share access to the pool area with another one bedroom casita and a two bedroom home, so it is very likely that you will get some private time, while others are out exploring.
You will also share access to the laundry room. It is located in the passageway on the side of the house, behind the sliding door.

House rules
- We have family members with severe allergies. We apologize that we cannot accommodate pets, service animals. Vaping and smoking are not allowed.
- Electricity is very expensive, thank you for using electricity wisely.
- With any stay over 7 days, there will be a required cleaning half way through your stay (or once a week during your stay). The cleanings will be $300 pesos or approximately $15 USD (depending on exchange rate).
- Our pool is filled with well water. Please avoid using sunscreen in the pool, as it will destroy the balance of the water.
- Please don't remove items from the property.
