A comfortable living room with patio access separates the 2 bedrooms allowing privacy. The bright, well-equipped galley kitchen opens onto the central terrace and adjoining dining room. Open and covered terraces by the nice-sized pool offer spaces for lounging, working or dining comfortably in small groups in sun or shade. Additional private workspace in the master bedroom. A/C and ceiling fans in all common rooms and bedrooms. 2 blocks to Parque de Santa Ana and 4 blocks to restaurants on C 47 'restaurant row'. Has a garage with automatic door and free on-street parking (though a car is not needed to get around).

1. Check in takes place after 3pm. Check out takes place before 11am. Times can be adjusted.
2. $200 USD damage deposit.
3. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
4. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

6. Maximum 4 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 4 people.
