House rules

1. Check in takes place after 3pm. Check out takes place before 11am. Times can be adjusted.

2. $200 USD damage deposit.

3. Minimum stay of 6 nights.

4. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. 

5. Pets are not allowed.

6. Children under 14 are not permitted.  Maximum 4 overnight guests. Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum is 4 people.

7.Electricity is not included. Cost of kilowatt is $4 MXN.
